Idyllwild Trail Ride (9/28/24)
Men come and join us on Saturday September 28th on this 21 mile trail exploring the west side of Mount San Jacinto Wilderness. We will start at East Indian Canyon (4S10) heading south/west and connect with San Jacinto Ridge Truck trail (5S09) heading east towards Idyllwild. The trail is comprised of mostly hard-pack dirt and weaves through chaparral, pine trees and crosses over the North fork of the San Jacinto River. In the San Bernardino National Forest, this trail is only for street-legal vehicles. There are some narrow sections, but the road is typically well-graded.
Bring your son/s and make it a fun bonding time. You can drive your own 4x4 or you can ride with someone. Please use the signup link above and let us know if you are going to bring your own rig or you would just like to ride. Please note: each participant needs to register, whether you are driving or riding. Upon signing up we will follow up with an additional email detailing the trail route, gear, radios, etc...

End – Pine Cove/Idyllwild

7:30am - Meet in church parking lot (611 E Cypress Ave, Redlands, CA)
7:45am - Trail/Safety Briefing
8:00am - Caravan to Banning-Idyllwild and trail head.

- Start trail
Trail ends in Idyllwild where we will be eating lunch for any who want to join.
Directions to trail head
Take highway 10 East. Exit S Eighth St. in Banning. Turn Right on to S Eighth and an immediate left on to W Lincoln St. Turn right on S San Gorgonio Ave. The road will Y – Stay left on Banning-Idyllwild Panoramic Highway. Stay on this road approximately .75 mile past the Vista Grande Guard station (9401 Banning-Idyllwild Panoramic Hwy)

You will need an annual or a day Adventure Pass.
